Remember as a four-year-old you slyly pushed your broccoli off the table so the dog could scoop it up? Now we’re all grown up and we love our veggies. Tanaka Farms, a working farm in the middle of Orange County, takes us on a guided walking tour through their fields where we stop along the way and pick some yummy spring produce. We’ll learn about their water conservation, “companion planting” and other responsible farming methods. We finish with a freshly cooked Farm-to-Table lunch on the grounds including (of course) grilled vegetables.
