Ancestral roots of Aztec, Mayan and Spanish heritage fuse with today’s flavors and ingredients creating authentic food in a contemporary setting plus, as a special treat, a chef will demonstrate unique cooking techniques and pungent spices that have survived through the centuries. This special event complements OLLI class History of Mexican Cuisine (SS 307).
