SUPREME COURT CASE REVIEW: 2022-2023 TERM
SS 314 Supreme Court Case Review: 2022-2023 Term
Format B/C
Last term the Court decided many socially and politically important decisions. The 2022-2023 term is shaping up to be as decisive across the political spectrum. Already the Court has calendared for decision cases concerning state redistricting, the use of race in college admissions, the alleged conflict between public accommodation laws, and religious freedom under the First Amendment and voting rights. This class will review the arguments, court comments, and decisions, if available, apolitically. Includes Q&A.
Presenter: Mitch Samuelson, J.D. is a highly respected attorney with over 50 years’ experience litigating complex business, commercial, real estate, and construction defect matters. He serves as a mediator for the Los Angeles and Orange County Superior Courts.
