Over the last two years we have witnessed major disruptions ranging from a global pandemic, major technological shifts, social protest and geo-political tensions. The impact of these factors is likely to be long lasting and will fundamentally change the competitive dynamics of many industries. Drawing upon research and case studies from a wide variety of sectors, Dr. Williamson will discuss how organizations can best use their talent management strategies to ensure their organizations not only survive immediate challenges but also prepare to thrive in a future environment that will be very different from their past.
