This six-class series is a fun, interactive adventure in reading and discussing renowned American short stories. Participants choose a favorite story from the text, develop questions, and lead the discussion. Guidance for developing discussion questions and sample questions will be available.
The textbook is The Scribner Anthology of Contemporary Short Stories (2nd edition) edited by Lex Williford and Michael Martone, available on Amazon in paperback and as an e-book.
Presenter/Developer: Susan Fouts has been a participant and discussion leader in OLLI short story groups for a number of years.
