Join the battle to choose the best Cabs and Chardonnays with wine expert extraordinaire and OLLI member, Al Glasky.

March 8 - Wine War 1: Burgundy vs. California. In a blind tasting we will discover which of these regions produces the best Chardonnay and study the natural wine growing features of each.

Note: Bring four wine goblets to class. OLLI will provide the wine and snacks.

Developer / Presenter: Alvin Glasky, Ph.D.,
has taught wine education classes for the UCI Division of Continuing Education for a Wine Certification program, “Wines of the World”. He has broad expertise in this field and makes the subject both fun and easy to understand.
