This class will explore the concept of happiness from the perspectives of ancient philosophers, world religions, indigenous cultures and contemporary psychologists. Class attendees will have the opportunity to discuss their own ideas about the pursuit and achievement of happiness in dynamic interactive discussions with the presenter and other class participants.
