EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE (EQ): A Tool for Living Well

This single-session course will examine the role of emotional Intelligence in everyday life. The class will review how emotional intelligence gives us the ability to:
• Recognize emotions in ourselves and others
• Identify different levels of feelings
• Use emotional awareness to guide thought and behavior
• Establish and maintain positive relationships
• Enhance interpersonal communication
• Achieve success in the pursuit of personal and professional goals
