From classical Greek art to the illustrations of Norman Rockwell, this class will showcase some of the most important works of art in the Western tradition to explain why we use the term “beauty” in art and aesthetics. Noted Olli presenter Dr. Bill Havlicek will discuss just how potent true beauty really is and why it matters so much to us.
