Scaling Agile

A required course in the Agile Project Management Certificate program.

Course Description

This course will introduce students to scaling in an agile environment. Students will explore a variety of scaling frameworks, which include Scrum@Scale, DaD, SAFe, LeSS and Nexus, and learn how to apply such frameworks and methodologies through hands-on experience. Students will also explore the roles of managers and scaling coaches in a scaled agile environment. Real-world examples will be covered to provide insight on best-practices and lessons learned when applying a scaling framework. Prerequisites: I&C SCI X494.94 Fundamentals of Agile AND I&C SCI X494.95 Advanced Agile w/ Scrum & Kanban
