Learn to effectively lead innovation and change across your teams and organization.


Develop your team’s openness to new technology and other forms of innovation as part of change initiatives. Explore competencies for adopting innovations to work processes, products, or services, including the psychological safety of team members and their willingness to take risks.

You will develop skills in leadership agility, including actively learning from successes and setbacks, proactively seek feedback, and change your approach to working with new colleagues and teams.
