Advanced Grammar and Writing II

In this course, advanced level students will improve the clarity and flow of their writing through the use of parallel structure and cohesive devices, and they will learn to use advanced level grammar such as noun clauses and conditionals to convey complex ideas. Students will be introduced to quoting, paraphrasing, summarizing, and citing content from outside sources. They will also write summary/reaction essays and argumentative essays according to standard academic conventions, improving their overall ability to write in an organized and logical manner.
