Advanced Lean Six Sigma Project Practicum

This course provides participants with the opportunity to apply the tools, techniques, and practices for quality improvement and cost reduction acquired in the previous required courses in the black belt program to an actual project. Participants will demonstrate how they applied the Lean Six Sigma tools to accomplish the goals of their project charter, and will present the completed project.
A secondary focus of the course will be to provide students with an introduction to the American Society for Quality certification Body of Knowledge (BoK) that is required to pass the Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB) exam.
