Building a Culture of Collaboration

Understand why we and others behave the way we do by completing the Strength Deployment Inventory (SDI). The SDI helps provide a base for understanding who we are and what motivates us; providing the same insights into others.

This powerful tool is great for all levels of an organization and provides critical insights to enable leaders and team members to better understand how to influence people who think, behave and communicate differently.

An electronic link to complete the SDI assessment will be e-mailed to participants up to one week prior to the course beginning. Detailed assessment results will be provided at the course meeting.

PLEASE NOTE: We use the TotalSDI assessment in this class. We will send you a link to the online assessment using the email you provided when registering for the course. All participants must complete this prior to the course. The assessment takes approximately 30 minutes to complete. We advise that you register at least one week before the course start date to allow yourself time to complete the assessment. The cost of the assessment in non-refundable. If you complete the assessment and then drop the course before the refund deadline – you will be refunded your enrollment fee minus $80. We will print out the results and have them ready for you upon arrival to the classroom.
