Project Monitoring & Control
This course demonstrates the essential project monitoring and control techniques necessary for a project manager. The course covers what project managers must know about the organization of a project just prior to execution, which includes the definition and use of the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and Responsibility Matrix (RAM). The course also will introduce the project manager to scheduling basics and introduce fundamental scheduling metrics used for monitoring and control. The course concludes with monitoring and control metric display and reporting options.
