Project Leadership
The success of projects is dependent not only upon the project management process itself, but also upon the people in the process and how effectively they work together and communicate with and influence clients, stakeholders, and each other.
This course focuses on the project manager's role as both manager and leader, with particular emphasis on the competencies and skills associated with effective project leadership and what is required to develop and maintain a high-performance project team.
- Explain basic project leadership concepts
- Define personal leadership style in the context of the project environment
- Develop project teams
