Putting the Bio in Biotech

This course is designed to introduce basic cellular biology, molecular biology, genetics, immunology and pharmacology concepts to a non-scientific audience. Students will explore the structure and life of a cell, multi-cellular life and development, genetic engineering and molecular therapies. The course will help students understand these concepts and how they apply to work done in the field of biotechnology.
