Design of Experiments for Lean Six Sigma

This course will provide participants with a solid foundation for analyzing Lean and Six Sigma projects. The class covers topics such as designing and optimizing design of experiments, calculating experimental power, and determining experimental aliasing and blocking. The opportunity to learn from peers is realized through team exercises, case studies, and class presentations which demonstrate the tools and concepts taught in this course.
