Business Ethics and Workplace Politics

Each and every day, leaders are faced with situations that challenge their ethical framework – some with disastrous results. Throughout the duration of this course, students will learn to identify and better articulate their ethical framework, identify those factors that cause leaders to make ethical compromises, work to establish ethical boundaries, and leverage tools and resources to avoid ethical mis-steps.
