Overview

Project Management Institute Authorized Training Partner Project management standards are used around the world in all industries and in all disciplines, and demand for skilled project managers outpaces many other roles. The Project Management certificate program will help you improve knowledge and skills in project management and prepare you for the next step in your professional development.

This program aligns with the Project Management Institute’s (PMI)® A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide) and prepares students to plan, schedule, and implement complex projects. In addition, the program prepares students to sit for the PMP® exam.

In this 3-month program, you will be studying along-side students visiting UCI from around the world. This is an exclusive opportunity to collaborate with people from unique backgrounds and develop an understanding of international business customs.

Certificate Requirements

To earn a digital certificate at UCI Division of Continuing Education, students must complete all required courses with a letter grade of “C” or better.

English Proficiency Requirement
All certificate programs at UCI Division of Continuing Education (classroom and online formats) require professional-level English language proficiency in listening and note-taking, reading comprehension and vocabulary, written expression, and oral presentation.
